IPUL is the new Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Advocacy, Education, and Support Contractor
Happy 2026, everyone!
We’re excited to share an important milestone for Idaho Parents Unlimited. As of Friday, January 2, we officially became the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) contract holder for advocacy, education, and support for families of youth with serious emotional disturbance and behavioral health needs.
You might be wondering what this change means for you…
The short answer? We’re still here for everything you’ve always called us for.
And now, we’re able to offer some additional supports we hope will further benefit families and communities across Idaho:
Help navigating the YES System of Care—from families who truly get it
Statewide monthly youth connection activities
Statewide monthly family connection activities
Trainings and educational opportunities for youth, families, providers, and the community
…and so much more!
Since going live, we’ve already been hearing from families seeking guidance within the YES system, and it’s been an honor to walk alongside them.
If you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed, please know that we are here—just like we always have been. Thank you for trusting Idaho Parents Unlimited. We look forward to continuing to support you and your family in this next chapter.
