This form is the residency application – for when you are setting up a new residency.

Once you have completed the residency, there are report forms we need filled out – both from the artist and the teacher.

Photo Release Form

For any pictures you take that have a student in them, we need a photo release form so we know we have permission to use that photo in the future.

Criminal Background Check
In order to participate in our program, we require that you undergo a criminal background check.  We provide the following link to make that simpler:

Promotion: Social Media Toolkit and Artist’s logo pack
As a partner in IPUL Arts Artist in Residence and/or Work of Art Programs, we require that you acknowledge Idaho Parents Unlimited in your materials, web presence, and social media pages whenever possible. Highlighting this work publicly helps us to receive much needed funding to ensure children with disabilities in Idaho continue to have access to high-quality arts education and opportunities.

This in turn ensures that you will have continued employment available to you in the residencies program at IPUL Arts.

Public acknowledgement includes sharing stories, outcomes, photos, or videos when appropriate and allowable on social media. At all times, our logo must be included in any print materials, reels or video associated with your residency. IPUL will provide a social media toolkit found at the link below for logos. Failure to do so is considered a breach in contract and result in a reduction in pay.

If your work is within a school or facility in which no standard public acknowledgment is occurring, you must demonstrate how IPUL was recognized as the funding source for the residency. This must be a tangible method and not a verbal statement to a teacher or facility manager. IPUL has created postcards that must be disseminated in the classroom or community center to the parents of all participating children. You may pick these up or they will be sent to you upon confirmation of your residency.

In our IPUL Artist’s Logo Pack, we provide two variants of the IPUL logo, one in round form and one in square, in various sizes, ranging from small to very large.  These are to be used in web pages, documentation, and print media as appropriate. 

The Toolkit PDF explains our color scheme, also showing different examples of our logo, hashtag use, and a simple text acknowledgement.
