• Create a study space
• Write down attainable goals
• Break down tasks in to smaller pieces 
• Add movement (fidget, stretch/walk during breaks, etc)
• Find a study buddy – Hold each other accountable 
• Reward yourself
• have a paper planner to write assignments and due dates (Simply writing it down will help your memory)
