Idaho Hands & Voices

Hands & Voices has been created for children who are deaf and hard of hearing and their families. Idaho Sound Beginnings covers membership fees for families in their first year of membership; thereafter, members pay a $15 annual fee.

Idaho Hands & Voices supports families with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing without a bias around communication modes or methodology.
