Melissa Vian is the PTI Director at Idaho Parents Unlimited. She is dedicated to supporting families of children with disabilities, drawing on her own family’s experiences to guide her work. Melissa specializes in helping parents navigate the intersection of education and healthcare, offering practical solutions to complex challenges.

She earned her degree in Business Management from Boise State University and spent more than 20 years in corporate America before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. This shift allowed her to combine her professional expertise with her passion for service.

When she’s not supporting families, you’ll find Melissa enjoying life with her husband and four kids, one of whom has Angelman Syndrome. She has a soft spot for her pet ducks, and she never misses a chance to kick back and watch a good football game.
