The Magellan Member Portal:
The Magellan Member Portal is a helpful online tool that makes it easier for families to stay connected to their child’s care. Through the portal, you can securely view your child’s Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment, helping you better understand their strengths and needs. It also allows you to easily request Releases of Information, so you can share your child’s CANS and other important records with providers, schools, or support teams. In addition, the portal offers access to helpful resources, care information, and tools that support you in navigating services and advocating for your child with confidence.
Flexible funds (flex funds) are available to help youth and families meet important goals in their  coordinated care plan or resolve  recently-surfaced needs that are not yet addressed in the coordinated care plan when no other funding options are available.

YES Practice Manual: The YES Practice Manual, provides information on how the new system of care is used in practice. It is a guide for youth, families, and providers. Although the manual may be read from beginning to end, each individual part may also be read on its own. It may be referred to for answers to questions or to find specific information.  https://yes.idaho.gov/youth-empowerment-services/tools/understanding-yes/guide-to-yes/
