Cara Bray

Cara is a Family Resource Specialist at Idaho Parents Unlimited, representing the Pacific Northwest. Through her own lived experience  advocating for her child, and navigating Idaho’s systems and services, she has found a deep love for empowering and partnering with other youth and families for the support and community connections they all deserve. Professionally she has had the wonderful opportunity to work in wellness, mental health, health and social work roles throughout the Inland Northwest. 

She likes to think of herself as a lifelong learner. Endlessly curious and exploring opportunities for positive change and additional resources throughout the rural communities she’s had the privilege to call home. 

In her down time you can find her and her son park hopping around town, riding bikes, playing by the water, rescuing rocks and sticks from the wild and dancing at the local farmers market. 

Cara is so excited to be an Ipulian and support our youth and families in our beautiful Idaho communities.
