PARTNERING WITH FAMILIES AS EXPERTS WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE
Families bring invaluable expertise through their lived experiences. This training helps professionals strengthen partnerships with families by exploring strategies for effective communication, shared decision-making, and family-centered collaboration. Participants will learn how to build trust, recognize the value of lived experience, and create environments where families feel respected, heard, and empowered as equal members of the care team.
Who should attend: Behavioral health professionals, healthcare providers, educators, case managers, social workers, and anyone who partners with families.
