Jen currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Idaho Parents Unlimited.  Jen joined the Board of Directors in January of 2019.  Prior to joining the Board of Directors Jen attended several training courses provided by IPUL and utilized one-on-one parent support for assistance in navigating her children’s IEP experiences.  After seeing the incredible value in the work IPUL was doing, Jen wanted to get involved and help support and direct the work to help more families navigate the complicated and often confusing educational and medical systems within the disability community. 

Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, Jen has received certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources.  Jen currently owns and operates a gym for kids with a focus on helping kids with disabilities called The Sensory Playce in Boise, Idaho. In addition to her work with Idaho Parents Unlimited Jen also serves on the Idaho Council for Developmental Disabilities and the State Department of Education Special Education Advisory Panel. 

Jen brings her passion for family and community, as well as a strong business background, to helping to direct the strategic direction and operations of Idaho Parents Unlimited.
