Shelley Andrus serves on the board of Idaho Parents Unlimited, bringing both professional expertise and personal experience to her advocacy for inclusive education.

As a neurodivergent parent and education leader, Shelley has spent her 23 year career in education improving systems that empower learners and users to thrive.

She and her husband of Jason of 25 years live in Idaho Falls, with three adult children and a child in middle school.

With a background in educational leadership and a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices, Shelley is passionate about helping families navigate complex systems with dignity, voice, and collaboration.
