Position Overview:
Idaho Parents Unlimited is seeking 3 dedicated Youth and Family Transition Coordinators to join our team, assisting in the transition of youth with disabilities into adulthood. Successful candidates will be involved in developing and enhancing resources and guidance across various domains including Self-Determination/Self-Advocacy, Financial Literacy, Career and Technical Education (CTE), and Career Development alongside their regional teams that consist of a variety of professional partners and stakeholders.
